Warranty & Refund Policy

12 Month Warranty

Our jewelry is made to last. We are continuously inspecting each and every piece as we are creating it and then again upon completion. If a manufacturing defect arises within one year of ownership, or you encounter any issues due to wear and tear, we will replace or repair the defective piece of jewelry upon verification of the defect.  We make high quality jewelry and stand by our work. If any issue arises please contact us.


Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we will accept exchanges for store credit within 5 days of purchase, however item must be returned unworn and in new condition. Please email us before sending to receive an R/A number, and please note this number on the outside of the box.Furthermore, sale items and custom design orders are non-returnable. Additionally, exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.Items must be unwashed & unworn with tags still attached and in original packaging. To start a return enter your email and order number below. Do not send your return back without creating a return order.

UPS, Fedex or registered USPS  as returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at heatherbenjaminjewelry@gmail.com and we’ll work on getting your item repaired if possible. If your product is not repairable we will either issue you with a new product if available or a store credit for the purchase value of your product.
